Called Customer service on the 22nd of July 2022 to report a fault on behalf of a friend after he had called twice and had received a message that his issue had been resolved when it had not. I spoke to David, a very friendly and nice Gentleman who went all out to ensure that my friend's WI Fi was fixed. The issue was resolved just after 18:00 and I guess this was outside their normal work hours. All thanks goes to Justice the Technician and David. Initially there were some admin issues, but these have now been resolved. I have only had the fibre installed and activated last week which was first first week of April 2022.
