Once you refer a friend and they successfully sign up for a Jumbo Technologies internet service, we will provide a once off credit to your own account, to the same value as your friends first monthly recurring billing. It’s as simple as 1-2-3.

1. Login to the customer portal and click on the “Refer a friend” button. Fill in your friends details. Once you have filled it in you email the promotion to them from the customer portal.
2. Your friend applies for a Jumbo Technologies internet service by using the link in the email that you sent them. This is very important, as the link will notify us that the application has come from your referral.
3. If your friend completes an application and enters into a monthly service with Jumbo Technologies then we will credit your account with the referral fee. The referral fee is equal to the first monthly data subscription value of the person that you referred to Jumbo Technologies.

This excludes any once off costs like hardware and installations. The referral process is deemed to have been successful after we have collected any upfront costs and the first month’s billing from your friend. Your account will be credited on the next recurring billing run. There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer.

There is no limit to the credit that can accumulate on your account. Credit may not be exchanged for cash or a refund. Credit may only be utilized against your own data usage and cannot be shared across accounts. Jumbo Technologies reserves the right to amend or terminate this promotion at any time and at its own discretion.
