Called Customer service on the 22nd of July 2022 to report a fault on behalf of a friend after he had called twice and had received a message that his issue had been resolved when it had not. I spoke to David, a very friendly and nice Gentleman who went all out to ensure that my friend's WI Fi was fixed. The issue was resolved just after 18:00 and I guess this was outside their normal work hours. All thanks goes to Justice the Technician and David. If it was not for David, this would have not been resolved. Awesome stuff and keep up the good work.

Initially there were some admin issues, but these have now been resolved. I have only had the fibre installed and activated last week which was first first week of April 2022. However I am very impressed with the upload and download speed considering the package I chose. I look forward to a smooth and effortless relationship with Jumbo.
